MASCOOP Holds Strategic Planning Seminar Workshop Successfully
The Masisit-Dacal Livelihood Multipurpose Cooperative successfully conducted a 2-Day Strategic Planning Seminar-Workshop attended by its officers and employees.
The activity aimed to strengthen organizational goals, improve operational strategies, and promote teamwork and effective communication among the participants. The seminar was conducted through the Northern Philippines Cooperative Union (NPCU), led by its Board of Directors Chairperson, Mr. Pepito George C. Sacramed, who expressed his appreciation to all officers and employees for their active participation and commitment to helping the cooperative achieve its vision and mission.
The Resource Speaker was Ms. Evelyn Leones-Velasco, from the Powermind Training Coaching Consultancy. She shared valuable insights on strategic planning, leadership, organizational development, and cooperative management. Her expertise provided the participants with practical strategies and a clearer direction for the cooperative’s future plans and programs.
Throughout the two-day seminar, participants engaged in workshops, planning activities, and collaborative discussions focused on identifying priorities, addressing challenges, and setting achievable goals for the cooperative’s continued growth and sustainability.
The activity concluded successfully with renewed commitment, strengthened unity, and a shared vision among officers and employees toward the long-term success of the Masisit-Dacal Livelihood Multipurpose Cooperative.
