The Masisit-Dacal Livelihood Multipurpose Cooperative (MASCOOP) formally turned over a Community Development Fund check amounting to ₱46,000.00 in a simple yet meaningful ceremony held in Pudtol, Apayao. The initiative reflects MASCOOP’s continued commitment to supporting local government units and educational institutions through community-focused programs and financial assistance.
Present during the turnover were Pudtol Municipal Mayor Edmar Pascua and Malekkeg Elementary School Principal Evelyn Labbao, who both expressed their gratitude for the cooperative’s generosity. The fund is expected to support priority projects of the municipality and contribute to the improvement of school facilities and learning resources, directly benefiting students and the broader community.
MASCOOP emphasized that the donation is part of its ongoing Community Development Program aimed at uplifting partner communities and promoting inclusive growth. By extending support to both the local government and the education sector, the cooperative reinforces its role not only as a financial institution but also as a proactive partner in grassroots development and social responsibility.
